Dear friends,

Today we are in Navi BhilBhavali, in the Nizar taluka from Tapi District of South Gujarat. We are so fortunate to have here today the presence of David Stevenson and Davide Aiudi leading managers of Guala Closures India who actively promoted this successful Programme implemented in the schools…and in the fields. Over 15,000 trees have been planted in July 2016, and David and Davide wanted to visit the plantation area and see with their own eyes how well the CSR budget for the plantation has been allocated.

The educational part of the Programme took place in 2 areas. In the city of Ahmedabad, thanks to Paryavaran Mitra NGO, 60 schools took part in the programme and 10.040 students participated in 212 sessions of “My Class, my forest”. In North Goa, thanks to VEAB NGO, 50 schools, 110 sessions and 5040 students were reached and participated in 120 sessions of “My class, my forest”.
